With only three components— Biscoff cookies, roasted marshmallows, and lime curd—these key lime pie s’mores are easy to make and even easier to wolf down.
Trick to making these inside: use the flame from a gas stovetop, broil in an electric oven, bust out your outdoor fire pit or use a tea candle if you’re desparate.
So Biscoff cookies and I go waaaay back. It may not be the healthiest relationship, but I’ve remained loyal to these happy little cookies over the years. But guys, this treat takes the classic airplane cookie to the oh wow level. The secret? It’s all about the four ingredient homemade lime curd that comes together in 20 minutes!
TIP: If camping, eat a simplified open faced s’more with a single mallow, otherwise it becomes a hot tasty mess. Still might be worth it though!
